There were issues with the elevator system that lasted throughout my 5 day stay. As a result, often had to wait 15 mins or more to simply get an elevator to the lobby. Added a layer of complication that I didn’t need when I was in town for a series of important meetings. Separately, it made the fact that I had to travel down at least 5 flights to use an iron all the more frustrating. Perhaps I should’ve done more diligence on the room layout as well but I found the rooms to be almost comically small! I was traveling/staying in the room alone, yet I had to leap over my 1 suitcase every morning to get from my bed to the restroom. I understand the concept is to spend time in their living room setup but I didn’t want to be forced to do so in order to simply have a place to sit down where my hands and feet weren’t jammed against opposing walls!
