Really great location in Soho and easy to get anywhere in the city. The room was nothing special, but did the job. Great if you're not planning on spending any time in your room, which you shouldn't because you're in NYC. One thing that was a little odd was the entire room was controlled using an iPad and the iPad was very slow. I ended up downloading the CitizenM app of my phone to control the room instead. Also there weren't many charming outlets or options for charging like a lot of other hotels have these days. Also breakfast was lack lust for $21.

Great service, great location. Security on site but still felt considerably unsafe leaving and arriving hotel, given population. Rooms were nice and clean. Ipad slow. Was not offered early check in, but we did get offered late check out which was amazing!
