Great holiday, hotel good , room not large not to small, if u dont want the coffee maker in the room they will change for a kettle, bed comfterble, they close the outside courtyard where there is a bar & u can smoke if u want for private functions & we were sitting have a drink after a long walk ...
The 1st room we were allocated was far too small and shabby however as soon as we expressed our dissatisfaction, the staff were very quick to provide a complimentary upgrade to a lovely room.
It was the best hotel experience I've ever had, from location, staff, room, facilities, food to service I couldn't fault them. It also smelt divine, they use their own fragrance/candles - a must buy. You have to stay here, you won't regret it.
We were 3 senior ladies sharing the room. I had requested a sofa bed to accommodate us. The sofa bed was a poor choice. I slept on the springs. Terrible. The breakfast choices were excellent and tasty. All in all. The hotel was a good choice because of its location. Next visit I will request a roll ...
The room is cool designed, new, clean and big like photos. It locates on a small side street, not as close to Time Square as I expected but the subway will take you everywhere. Staffs were ok, not rude also not so friendly but helpful. I could check in a couple hours early which I really appreciated. ...
We arrived early Thursday morning and were able to freshen up and leave our luggage while we explored the city for the day. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was great ... close to everything!
