We had a great stay here. Everyone was friendly. Location was great. Room was clean and comfortable. View from our room was fantastic! Bar staff was fun and accommodating. Coffees in the cafe were also really good. Definitely recommend the stay.

Overall the hotel is in a nice location and it seems nice from a first impression. However, the rooms should be better cleaned for the rating of the hotel. The curtains had tears on them and the headboard of the bed had plastic chipping away. We got the premium king room and expected a nicer stay.

I really enjoyed our stay at Nomo SoHo! The staff were all really helpful and kind. Jasmine at the check in desk helped us move our room and made it easy for us as we just needed a little more space since we had our son with us. The bed was very comfortable and our room clean and perfect. The location is fantastic and we will return.

The check-in was fine. The third floor did not have an elevator stopping so you always had to take the stairs down. Our room had a really loud noise and problem with the ac. The front desk was rather rude about it and when we checked out they didn’t even ask how our stay was. Location of this property is amazing but just know it likely won’t be top tier service. Rooms are good size.
