"Everything about this hotel i give an 8 out of 10, The AC in our room stopped working and was never fixed after asking twice to fix it. The food is 8 out of 10, great fruit and natural juices. Would be more convenient to have waiters for the bar areas to get more of the relaxing feel of the stay at the pools and beach areas, instead you have to wait in a long line to order drinks. Price was great for us that is why we went."

Whether we were at the restaurants, by the pool, or simply walking around the resort, everyone greeted us with a smile and was always happy to help. Their kindness and hospitality made a lasting impression. The resort itself was beautiful, relaxing, and a wonderful place to unwind. We left with great memories and can't wait to come back. "I really like the staff friendliness except the check in staff very unprofessional. Alberto guest service and Eduardo bell hopper were great they should be in the check in service. The pool was under construction and work was being done while guest were in the pool (drilling, welding etc) it took away from trying to relax. The pool was dirty and missing tiles. The garden area was well kept but very unhappy with the pool experience. All waiters were great we got great service from Nacho (pool bar)."
