"I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendliest staff and were impressed with the hotel's architecture and location. The hotel is conveniently located right near the Embankment Station, as well as very walkable to many sight seeing activities. We had the London Eye and an array of pubs, restaurants, and shopping within a short distance: the Palace was a 20-minute walk away (and a lovely walk through London's beautiful buildings and parks), Big Ben, Abbey, and Parliament were only a 10-minute walk. The hotel is beautiful, and our room was lovely. This trip was for myself and my 10-year-old, and I upgraded us to a room with a view of the river in the London Eye and have no regrets - it really added to our experience to be able to see the London city lights and the London Eye from our room. After a long day of walking and activities, we really enjoyed relaxing in our room and having access to the gym and hotel restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the London area, especially for tourist activities. I would absolutely stay here again and again. "

"All rooms have non-closing bathroom doors. Reception told me it was Health and Safety! There’s a two inch gap so you can carry on talking while you’re in there. An Allen key would undo the stopper. Don’t pay for breakfast. It can be a bun fight, very crowded, queues and cold beans on a small plate. Plenty of other options nearby. Pool also gets v busy. Is clean and staff are nice.
