"Best value for money for stay in heat of London. Felt very safe . Breakfast was excellent value . Gave 4 star rating for helpfulness as one question asked was answered with a shrug of shoulders ( do you know where chemist is located). All other staff googled any question they didn’t know and were very helpful. I had three days on level 7 and 5 days on level 4. Bed was more comfortable on 7 , bit old on level 4. The carpets could use a very good clean . Though I would recommend 100% this location . I am just being very picky ."
