"The hotel has an excellent location right in the center of Banff town, which makes it very convenient to access everything. It also provides a complimentary 3-day bus pass, allowing guests to easily travel to all major attractions. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel entrance, which is extremely convenient. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We arrived in the morning, and they kindly arranged an early check-in so we didn’t have to wait until the afternoon, which was much appreciated. The restaurant downstairs is also a pleasant surprise, offering good food at very reasonable prices. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and a great experience. Highly recommended."

"I would have booked two or three nights if I was on vacation. Unfortunately this is a business trip and I wasn't able to truly enjoy the offerings. Despite the proximity to the highway and train tracks, it was actually quite peaceful. The cabins are spread amongst tall trees with fantastic views of the mountains. My cabin had a fire pit and it would have made a wonderful place to enjoy a glass of wine and the setting Sun. My cabin was small but cozy and well-appointed with everything I needed to prepare a meal and clean up. The bed was comfy and the place was clean. I will be back through in the fall and will stay again."

"The suites are great with a full kitchen including dishwasher and dishes. There was free firewood provided for the wood burning fireplace. We would definitely return. The location is excellent."
