"We had a wonderful room - very large, well-appointed, with a lovely balcony overlooking the woods. The room was quiet; lodge had easy access to bus station across the street. Passes were included for some of the ROAM routes which made our downtown and attraction visits easy to access."

"The location was amazing, exterior and hot tub were wonderful but the room was dated, smelled like smoke & bathroom needed an update & tile was mouldy. For the price we paid I expected a nicer room."

Banff Rocky Mountain Resort

"We loved the location, ran into a bit of a struggle to get coffe filters out to the room ended up going to front desk to get them. Getting fire wood is an adventure in itself, and there was a solid coating of dust in all the bedding. That being said we would stay here again, its location and shuttle alone are worth it."

"The hotel was still under construction, but the room had been remodeled and was extremely clean. Mobile check‑in made everything very convenient. The location was great, so it was easy to walk around Banff from the hotel."

Moose Hotel And Suites

10/10 Excellent
"Fantastic hotel with a great vibe. We. Loved. It. Positives: Close to the main shopping and restaurant scene but at the same time far enough away from the crowds. Super comfortable beds. Very nice hot tub and pool on the top floor which was welcomed after day of hiking. Hotel restaurant is excellent. Staff is awesome. Tip: Book a top floor room. It's worth every penny and you won't regret it. WE WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT!!!"
