"These large comfortable rooms are wonderful and we stay here especially for the wood burning fireplace and beautiful scenery. Front desk check in (Jamie) was exceptional. So friendly. Great instructions, recommendations and they provide free bus tickets around Banff. Perfect stay!"

"The location was great for being off of the main Banff Ave because of the complimentary Roam Transit passes. The rooms were a good value for the cost and it was really nice receiving fresh towels and trash collection daily. I realize that AC is not a standard in all countries but would have appreciated knowing that it was not available prior to arrival."
