« The room was very clean (I'm a clean freak), staff was very kind, and parking is free (big plus in New Orleans). The breakfast was always stocked at the respective hours and it was yummy! The only concern I had was the shower curtain, it would not cover the full shower so water would get out, so we used a big towel to dry the floor. »

« I came alone for the Mardi Gras period, arriving on Monday before 8pm, the area around the rooms is not reassuring (although there is a door and a parking lot secured by room access cards). In terms of cleanliness, the floor was dirty (my feet were black when I walked barefoot), the fridge had not been emptied before the previous occupant (leftover alcohol), the towels were not very clean either (in appearance), and there were traces of soap around the sink. The bedding is nevertheless fine...

« Très bon séjour. Super accueil. Un café et des gâteaux à disposition gratuitement le matin. Le personnel est très agréable. Le restaurant collé à l’hôtel est très bon et le petit déjeuner excellent. L’hôtel est vieillissant et sent un peu le renfermé dans la chambre car le coin est très humide mais bon compromis niveau qualité prix »

The bedding is nevertheless fine Big problem with the reception: it's only accessible from 2pm (and even then, you have to find the man who takes care of it, I had to ask the staff at the gas station next door for help). Phone numbers are useless as no one answered when I tried to call. We had several power cuts due to the weather (strong winds) which meant I had nothing to charge my phone or even shower properly (the shower head didn't work). I wouldn't recommend this establishment, especially for the price."
