Wonderful hotel, everything is excellent. Breakfast buffet has lots of choices, food is great. Definitely recommend.

Room is very clean, staff very nice. The only thing is there is no coffeemaker in the room. Maybe coffeemaker in the room is just the norm in North America but not in Asia.

Hotel is in an excellent location! You can easily walk to Dontonburi and the Tenjinbashi-suji Shopping street is basically right out the door (like 5 mins walk). Metro station is about 5 mins away as well. The room was small (no where to put your clothes, so we lived out of suitcase) but otherwise it was fine. Very clean and comfortable. We also used the laundry in the building, $500 Yen for a wash which included detergent and drying was $100 Yen for 8 mins. I would recommend and stay here again...

Very close to the Unicorn Gundam statue! Within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shopping malls nearby, train station is also very close. Offers paid airport shuttle service that drops you off at Haneda airport!

Beautiful hotel, very spacious rooms, and quiet location. Family Mart attachedto the hotel is super handy. Walking distance to Shiomi station. Staff is very helpfully and speaks English.

From the spacious and comfortable accommodations to the convenient amenities and nearby dining options, every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. Great value considering location and quality

Very modern clean property. Staff were very courteous and helpful, and were able to communicate well enough in English, which we very much appreciated. Chinatown is just a few minutes' walk away,as is the Redbrick Building, which is old warehouses turned into shopping and restaurants. The Cup Noodle Museum is also that close; unfortunately it was closed the day we planned to go (Tuesday).There is a train station entry right outside the hotel entrance. One word to describe the property: Serene. The various gardens and our tatami Japanese style room really elevated our start. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. They went out of their ways to accommodate my aunt’s request for some freezer space for her mochi. They also arranged a larger taxi to accommodate our luggages. The train station was only 5 mins walk from the hotel. I will definitely be back. Thank you.

This hotel had a great location. Food options were plentiful, the facilities were nicely renovated and modern, the rooms were very well decorated. Would stay here again when I visit Japan/Osaka!

Well situated on the Yokohama waterfront across from Yamashita Park. Helpful and attentive staff. We had stayed there previously and our return there met every expectation. Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed my stay at The Leben. It was probably my favourite hotel during my two week trip throughout Japan. There was a lovely coffee and tea bar in the morning, great amenities in the room, and a lovely aesthetic to the hotel design. It was in a great location, close to a transit stop. As a solo traveller who took trains everywhere, this was key. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Clean hotel, great staff during check-in. Free coffee at lobby every day. You are allow to have a shot of Sake once a day which is a bonus. Very convenient area to shop and other attraction.
