Another fantastic stay at this historic hotel. Our fifth time staying here? Impeccably high standards of hospitality, quality and service here. We will always stay here when traveling through Tokyo.
This hotel feels sophisticated and comfortable. The rooms are nicely designed with beautiful marble bathrooms. It was nice to come back to this peaceful environment after a busy day in this vibrant city. The staff were welcoming and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel
We loved our stay at the Tokyo Station Hotel. This is such a beautiful property with welcoming and staff. The rooms are large (especially the bathroom) and this was the most comfortable bed we had while staying in Japan. The location makes it easy to hop on the subway or a train and there are so many restaurants in this area. We appreciated the help with transferring our luggage to the airport!
We would definitely stay here again!
Excellent hotel located in the heart of Tokyo's business district. This was our second stay within a month, at the end of our travel through Japan. The hotel staff were excellent, the room was very large and comfortable, with great bedding. Bathroom amenities and hairdryer (with styling nozzle this time!) were excellent. Breakfast buffet is served in the Atrium restaurant, a lovely open area with extensive choice of both western and Japanese options. Will highly recommend to friends and family looking for a hotel in central Tokyo.
