"I was greeted by Cody at the front desk and he was so nice and helpful. He walked me to my airstream and made sure i was able to get in. Inside was so clean and beautifully decorated. "

"Horrible place. Got locked out of my room and the guy at the front desk gave me another room but couldn't get my stuff out of the room til housekeeping came in 6 hours later. I called the Cops to come by and help me out with the situation and while I was in my car waiting there was homeless camped out all over. So the Cop showed up he helped with the situation but I still had to wait 6 hours to get back into my room. Bad vibes all over. I came in tired and wanted a nice place to rest and it turned into a mindfu$&."

"No air conditioning no continental breakfast"

"We loved the Azure- it looked like it had been recently updated and the ameneties were beautiful, however, we had a really horrible sleep due to the construction next to the property that began at 6 am. There were buldozers that had a beeping sound every time they backed up that continued on CONSTANTLY throughout the entire day. So while trying to relax in the pools that morning, that is all we could hear. I know that the hotel isn't in control, but we wish that they would have offered a voucher to come back for a future stay or let guests know up front before booking about the construction. If we had known, we would have skipped going there, so we felt a bit cheated out of the "zen" experience."

"We enjoyed our time in Desert Hot Springs. The property was very spacious and perfect for our family get together. It was especially well suited for our dog, with a separate fenced, grassy area away from the pool, and even a doggy door. It is certainly off the beaten path (dirt access road), but the unobstructed desert and mountain views were well worth it. It was also not so remote that we had any trouble with Uber/Lyft finding the house.I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness because when we showed up, all of the dumpsters were overflowing (the previous occupants had clearly thrown a massive party), and even on trash day, only 2 of the 3 were emptied. But the rest of the property was clean, and the pool was crystal clear."
