I don't normally leave reviews especially good ones but this place was just lovely. The staff was so nice and went out of there way, the place was so cute and clean. It had a cute gym, pools, business center. I don't think I will stay anywhere else anymore If I can help it! Loved :)

Pool seating is not appealing, all outdoor seating is stained and dirty. Carpeting throughout the entire resort is stained and dirty. Air conditioning in the room did not function properly, even at the lowest temperature, room felt stuffy. Front desk and outside staff were friendly and polite.

It was a very nice resort. The air conditioning was not adequate given the temp was about 115F. The pool was lovely but, again, not cool enough for the temp. Nice to layout in hot weather if you have a cool pool to dip into but the pool felt warm like bath water, so there was absolutely no escaping the heat unless we jumped in the car and turned on the a/c in the car. It was difficult to get ready in the hotel room without sweating. I would only come back if the cooling issues were addressed and fixed.

I was hit with 90 plus dollars at check in for fees for facility usage”. I was put on a room directly by the pool where they had a DJ playing loud and scratching records, screaming until 8pm. Facilities were dirty. Hotel is a bit rundown.

I loved this resort! My room was very clean and amazing. All of the staff were very friendly. This was the relaxing getaway spot I needed! I will definitely be coming back possibly once a year to get away and relax. I’m very happy I found this place.

The bathroom roller door was broken in our room and would get stuck everytime it was closed. The only bathroom plug in was broken. We were awoken at 7 am to the mainlanders crew chainsawing palm trees outside of our patio door. The facility needs a facelift and walking through the building you can smell mildew.

The only good thing I have to say is that the staff was very nice, understanding and accommodating. The AC in our room was not working at 111 weather outside. We did get moved the next day but that 1st night was horrible! They gave us a fan which was full of dust, so didn’t use it. The hotel looks run down, not new and clean like the pictures. Carpets are dirty, couldn’t tell if the pool was chlorine or salted which made me wonder how often they maintenance their pools. For sure not a place I will be booking again.

The pictures on the site are VERY deceiving. The site has different buildings up to two floors only. I booked two rooms, a suit for my husband and I and one for our kids. We got different buildings and that’s ok, my kids are older. Their building (#5) smelled and was very rubbed down. Their room that took 50 minutes to get because they were cleaning it smelled like urine. Everyone got a key card to unlock door which included to get in the building. No need. It did not work, which means anyone from the street in palm spring can go inside the building and start banging on your door. Our suit room with the nice bathtub, I could not build the courage to use it after I saw the toilet. Which we just couldn’t stand to look at anymore, got someone to come by and clean it. The lady sprayed and a light scrub took care of it which only meant it hadn’t been properly cleaned. Our room and building smelled and the bathroom faucet had a leak that did not let us sleep the first of only two night. They’ll still charged us the resort fee. They got every penny they were supposed to out of me but when I asked the lady to waive at least the resort fee she denied it. I will not come back to this place. Ever!

Checking was super easy. It was a hot July so we went for my son to enjoy the pool. We loved the fact that the pool stays open until 10pm. We stayed at The Harras in Sandiego the day before and they closed their pool at 6pm, we were very disappointed but as soon as we arrived here we were happy and had a great time. The bar at the pool has food to order so that was a plus as well! Overall we had a blast!!!
