Absolutely beautiful hotel! The location is perfect if you want ease of walkable paths along the harbor front. There is lots to see and do around the hotel and it was the perfect start to our stay in Boston and surrounding area. The concierge team was incredible, offering lots of suggestions and places to eat. They also booked us a private car service from the hotel to the ferry port in Woods Hole. The hotel was very accomodating in letting us store our luggage for a night. I would highly...

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful hotel. Loved the in room snacks. Nice sized room. Quiet for downtown hotel. Location was perfect for us to do tours and shopping. Easy to get to Fenway Park with a short subway ride. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a lovely boutique hotel in a charming location where the stroll to dining and artisan shops was right outside their doors. The happy hour wine and charcuturie was lovely and the food at the restaraunt Perigrine is exceptional. Compliments to the chef! Staff are welcoming and helpful including cheerfully accomodating a room shift at the beginning for an upgrade with a river view. Highly recommended.

The service was excellent from the moment we arrived. The front desk staff were always polite and very helpful. The hotel itself is very impressive and the room was clean and comfortable. The location is also quite convenient and it was really easy to get to the T. The bonus is that the hotel is connected to a mall which has access to the T - so when the weather was chilly we barely had to go outside to get around town. As tourists to the area, we thought this hotel was perfect. We will...
