Great place to stay, clean, comfortable and located in an area easily accessible to many of the most popular locations in the city
Very clean and quiet. Only stayed overnight and didn’t use many of the amenities. I would stay again.
Community bathrooms were definitely a first, but workable! Bedrooms and wash closets were immaculate, and staff were super friendly and helpful! I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay near the Chinatown/Downtown Boston area.
The property was great! However, I was disappointed at checkout to be charged an amenity fee when we were not told about the amenities during check in. Apparently, we had free use of a gym, pool, and bicycles. It would have been nice to know this when we checked in seeing we had to pay for them.
Property was close to transit so getting around the city was really easy. Property could have included a continental breakfast for convenience.
