After seeing the check in staff spend so much time and effort to satisfied the previous guest, I decide to see if I would get the same A plus treatment. As a gold Expedia member, I ask for any benefit or upgrade, but the only perk was high speed WiFi. I felt a little disappointed. The Expedia gold status provided me a few nice perk before, but in the last two years, I don’t sense much appreciation from the so called VIP access hotel. I probably would not place the priority on booking VIP hotel anymore.
