"As expected"
We stayed in a family room. Toddler beds fit my 8 year old. Hard bed for the kids but they don't care. Fridge and microwave in room. 2 TVs. Comfy double beds. Would be a tight fit for 2 adults though.

The hotel is nice and the restaurant is good (but not outstanding as I read in some reviews). Overall, it seems somewhat overpriced.

"Good location for visiting Boston bay area."
Only negative is that Wifi is not available without fees. Lobby is free, but I do not like sitting around a lobby. Paid for it but was not pleased.

"Nice hotel in the financial district"
The service at this hotel was better than anywhere else that I have ever stayed. Every single staff member was kind, helpful and accommodating. The hotel itself was beautiful and clean. It is an easy walk to Quincy Market, the Aquarium and the North End. Our room was a little small, but very clean and the beds were comfy. The gym and the pool were great too. Our daughters loved swimming in the pool!

"Beautiful view of Boston skyline."
Great view of Boston skyline. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Running path right outside. No fridge or microwave in room. They did deliver a fridge when we asked for a place to keep leftovers. Didn't realize that was possible. Never asked about microwave. Provided a wine opener when we asked. Convenient to airport and T. No convenience shopping or other restaurants nearby, so kind of a prisoner to hotel prices. ($3 for a bottle of water. I can buy a case at Aldi for that. Just sayin'.)

"Good quality hotel with something to improve"
Decent good quality. I will stay again. But, the following should be improved in order to meet their Ad on TV saying that they want to make it the most comfortable place for guests. 1. The keep Privacy door hanger sign is old stuff. This should be easy to change to another way that's more reliable and easier. 2. Free Wifi in the room should be incorporated into room charge. The world had offered free Wifi everywhere. With the Wifi extra charge, let people feel that this is an old fashion hotel. Not up to date in hi-tech.

"What a great place to stay..."
...I think I could live there! Loved my very modern room and all the amenities...very graphic and those graphics are continued through the entire hotel, including the coffee cups! Restful, peaceful, wonderful easy to stay there, comfy beds, good towels...just a great three day stay for me! Will look for another Aloft hotel for my next trip! I almost cannot say enough good things about the hotel. One thing that touched me...I left on Saturday AM about 10:30 or so and found families enjoying the facilities, meeting in groups and generally just having a great time...lots of different cultures and all seemed to go so nice to see again!

This historic building is home to everything from a statue of Samuel Adams to a myriad of dessert shops and clothing boutiques. If you’re travelling in summer, don’t forget a visit to the Hatch Shell. This funky outdoor auditorium puts on concerts throughout the warmer months. It’s not only family friendly, it’s also completely free.
