"I only stayed one night in a private room. Had to go down one floor to heat food. Was a well stocked kitchen with anything you might need to cook a full meal. But for the price of a private room should at least have a microwave other than that my stay was pleasant"

"Copley House is in the Back Bay neighborhood which is a beautiful area. There is a mall with restaurants and useful shops just a block or so away. I stayed in a studio apartment which was very clean (they use some heavy chemicals) and very basic. It was comfortable but there weren't any luxuries. ..."

"Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The hotel was clean, quiet and had pleasant common areas.
Our room was clean and tastefully decorated.

Overall, excellent stay! :-)"
"I love this property's location. It's probably the ONLY hotel within East Boston which is accessible to easy public transportation at the Airport and Maverick T. If you are doing business or visiting in EB, this is a very convenient place! And, if you get a suite, you get a little more space than the two other airport hotels. The negatives are that it can be overcrowded, the elevators can "smell" a little and the trash cans can overflow, especially late night. I arrived at midnight. And, parking is a crazy $60 per night. If you have a car, you might as well stay in the suburbs. If you need to rent a car, this is a perfect location to the adjacent Logan rent a car center. I would stay here again and again. The ony thing that is keeping me away now would be price. Many times I paid under $200. Now, the prices are as high as the mid $300s and $400s at times which could be prohibitive. If I could prebook 20 stays at a good price, this would be my number 1 hotel choice in East Boston and at Logan. "

"I liked the check in process and the room was very clean. The hotel is in walking distance to a lot of wonderful restaurants and so close to the water. Deck 12 has awful service, though. I would recommend going to a different rooftop bar."
