Being in town for the Boston Marathon we had hoped to stay more in the city- but could not find a hotel. We were pleasantly surprised with the ease of getting around the city using the T. The restaurants nearby were great and most were reasonably priced including the hotel one.
Initial reaction is that it is a great place in a great location. Lots of space, great amenities, friendly doorman. However, beds need some updating; mattresses are very old and sagging. Had some difficulty with getting extra sheets, towels, etc. Would recommend if they can replace mattresses.
We had a wonderful stay at the W. We were in town for the marathon - very busy everywhere! The staff were thoughtful and kind with extra little perks for the runners. One elevator broke during our stay which meant very long waits to get up/down but all in all was a great stay. Convenient location ...
EVERYONE WAS GREAT ,THE ROOM WAS NOT READY WHEN WE ARRIVED BUT THEY CALLED IN 15 MINUTES AND SAID IT WAS READY AND WOULD HAVE OUR BAGS TAKEN UP. IT WAS GREAT.
I could not have been more pleased. Location was awesome with easy access to the Convention Ctr and lots of great places to go for a quick bite to eat. The condo was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. The price was extremely reasonable for the quality. I would definitely stay here again when ...
Everything about the hotel is gorgeous and its location is perfect. Very near shopping, food, parks, and the airport. Only 1 con. The first room we were in was an "outside" room (street facing) and you could hear everything. Loud music, cars going by, and people talking. We told the concierge and ...
Take some time to relax and indulge in some R&R on your next trip to Boston, Massachusetts.
While you may be tempted to race from one Boston hot spot to another, like cheering on the Red Sox at Fenway Park and dumping tea off replica transports in Boston Harbor, remember to take some time to sit back and relax.
If rest and rejuvenation are high up on your Boston itinerary, you’re in luck. Beantown has a number of activities that don’t involve screaming, running, or leaping out of airplanes. Get used to the quiet majesty of the sea when you visit the New England Aquarium, which features some 20,000 creatures from a variety of oceanic environments. Give your ears a treat of their own when you attend the Boston Symphony Orchestra, which plays in Tanglewood Music Center for the summer and Symphony Hall for the rest of the year. If you’re in the mood to do a little shopping, head to Newbury Street, located in Back Bay. There you’ll find eight blocks of boutiques and restaurants for you to lose yourself in.
No relaxing vacation is complete without a visit (or several) to a Boston spa. If your spa is located inside your hotel, you have the added benefit of a brief commute to and from your treatments. Head down to the spa, or request that the services be performed in your room. Enjoy a body wrap designed to draw the impurities out of your body, or allow a practitioner to do some reflexology on tired hands and feet. Still not feeling entirely rejuvenated? Partake in a hot-stone massage and then a trip to the steam room. Massage therapists often suggest quiet rest and relaxation after a treatment, which means a spa within your hotel is the best of both worlds.
