"This was a nice hotel but not as nice as the other Langham hotels. My biggest gripe is that there were no mini-bars in the rooms. You have to pay for everything to be delivered to the room including snacks. The room itself had water but no snacks or fruit or anything. Also, the room had a shower with a very slippery floor. There was no bathtub. "
"In addition to the historical elegance of the hotel, the staff is what we will remember the most. They couldn't be more welcoming, friendlier, always ready to improve your stay in any way possible."
"I found everybody at the front desk to be extremely helpful! It was my first trip to Boston from Washington state, I felt like these people really knocked themselves out to make sure it was a special trip for me. And it was."
