We booked 5 months early and upon learning we would be a late arrival due to a flight delay, we called and after arriving still didn’t receive the room we booked and was told nothing else available so they downgraded us. But the same front desk person upgraded the next people in line from the room we were supposed to get and gave them a suite.
After arriving at room, room had flies in it on the 9th floor and no wash cloth’s. Went back down and asked for a couple wash cloth’s and was told by front desk person they can’t get housekeeping to answer their phone and they said they would keep trying. 30 minutes later a housekeeper knocks on our door with 4 pillows and 10 bath towels and says this is what the desk person told them. I said no, we just needed 2 wash cloth’s, took her 30 more minutes to bring those back.
I would drive across the state to find a place to stay before I stayed here again. $300 for 1 night, reserved 5 months in advance and these people can’t provide the room you book, clean and with basic amenities found in every hotel or motel across the world.
