"Beautiful hotel and staff was great !"

"The hotel was right off I90. I booked the room through Expedia a few months ago. The only thing I didn't like was, a few days before we left for our trip, I got an email saying parking was an additional $28 a night. That should have been added to the cost when I booked or should have been known ahead of time. The staff was friendly. They have an all you can eat breakfast for $20 a day, which was great. The pool was heated. Housekeepers clean your room everyday. The Social bar that is attached, had a good vibe and friendly staff. There is another establishment across the street called Buffs, Good chicken wings and friendly vibe. Buses run often. We took a bus to get us closer to Cheers and Quency Market for a dollar.(Kenmore) We had about a 2 mile walk from there, but the architecture is fabulous to look at on the walk.. Safe and friendly. We took a lyft a few times. It ran around $20 each way. Not bad for the 20-minute drive. I wouldn't recommend driving in. Not a lot of parking, The hotel and trip was fabulous. 5 stars for sure."

"Loved this hotel location and big clean rooms, nice staff and a excellent Italian restaurant on site. The only thing I could fault was the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room."

"This property is conveniently located to many places within a brief walking distance. Parking to check in was a sham, “we don’t own the parking.” While the room was definitely clean and well maintained, ours overlooked a Main Street and there was late night/early morning construction. Yes, I would stay there again… though I’d like to get a room with a king sized bed."

"This was a really nice hotel. Great look and feel inside the lobby and the room. It also has probably the nicest gym I've ever seen at a hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. 5 Stars!"

"We spent a night there while waiting on an 11 hour layover for our connecting flight. The rooms were pricey but well worth it because we didn’t have to sleep in the terminal with our heads on our suitcase! Very nice hotel!"

"Quiet hotel with spacious/clean rooms, easily accessible by public transportation and within walking distance of parks, restaurants and super markets. However, two small bottles of water in the refrigerator were complimentary ONLY for elite members and this *for me* reflects poor customer care. Next time, I will avoid Hyatt if they don't change this myopic policy..."
