"A friend recommended the Dagny Hotel when we planned our trip to Boston. This hotel is beautiful from the lobby to your room. All the staff are friendly, smiling and eager to help. The night time Concierge , Barry, was very friendly and helpful with great suggestions for dinner, things to do, and places to see. He even helped us with our online check- in for our airline tickets when we had trouble doing it on our phones. When we got there it was raining and we wanted to go get lunch- they even gave us umbrellas to use so we wouldn’t get wet. This hotel goes above and beyond making your stay more enjoyable. We will definitely recommend the Dagny to anyone going to Boston."

"Shawn was amazing! Friday, Saturday, and Sunday he went above and beyond! His coworker, who was there also three days, and I am sorry I cannot remember his name, was also there and very amazing during the entire three days. It was our 25th wedding anniversary. We did experience problems with the restaurant next-door on our very last day, but the staff was very attentive and willing to help us."

"The location was fantastic! The entrance to the hotel is right next to the train stop from the airport. We were Kitty corner to the hop on hop off bus main bus stop, and a few minute walk to the ferry wharf. Best location ever! We stayed 4 nights and found we could have used more places to hang coats and towels. The single towel rack in the bathroom was inconveniently located so the wet towel touches the toilet paper. But that is my only complaint. The adjoining restaurant was very good. The French toast with caramelized bananas was fabulous! The double-decker turkey sandwich was lovely and had a wonderful side salad with shaved Parmesan. You can’t beat the convenient location. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Don’t go in Spring or Fall. It was cold and rainy and they said its a 70 year old building so the AC was on for summer so no heat in rooms "

"A really nice place, in a great location with excellent staff"

"We only used the hotel as a one night stop-over before an early morning flight to Richmond, so we didn't take advantage of anything the hotel had to offer. Room service was decent, the room itself was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was exactly what we needed, so no complaints at all. We booked the hotel partly because it was so close to the airport and thought we'd be able to walk from the terminal building. Because of building work going on, however, this was not possible. The free hotel shuttle worked out ok."

"Everything was very nice and staff was friendly. Easy check in. Beautiful views. But no comp’d breakfast which I thought was kinda bush league for a higher end place such as this. "

"There were bags of garbage outside our window. Disappointed there was no high tea served while touting high tea in a book for sale at the front desk. No mini bar in the room. Requires room service."
