"New Years Stay"
The staff and management were excellent and very helpful with the problems we encountered. There were a lot of loud people staying around this time and, thanks to the staff, we were able to move to a room away from the noise.

"Amazing location and hotel! Staff was awesome!"
This hotel is right in the heart of Boston. We didn't know what to expect since we hadn't visited Boston before, and we were going for a concert at TD Garden. Our hotel was a 1/2 block away, and you can literally spend your entire time within about two blocks because there is so much to do! When we checked in, the girl at the front desk was wonderful, let us check in a few hours early, and even upgraded us. The room is decorated very well and they provide a lot of amenities. I didn't sleep great the first night (sore back), but slept well all of the other nights so it was probably just me. We spent our last night down at the hotel bar watching the Patriots playoff game. The bartender was excellent--exactly what you hope for, someone who jokes around with you and is very helpful. We didn't think the menu looked great, but didn't have it in us to go out in the cold and deal with the crowds everywhere, so we stayed and ate there. The food was excellent!! If we ever go back, we would definitely stay here again! We spent a lot of time out in the Faniuel (sp?) Hall area, but it was just a short Uber ride over (maybe $5) and in better weather, you could walk. We spent the first day at all of the bars around our hotel.

"Very nice hotel and the walls were too thin"
The location and the staff could not have been better. The room was large enough and well appointed; however , either the walls between the rooms were too thin or the people next to us were the loudest, most obnoxious guests ever. We had to call down twice and I'm not sure if security ever visited them.

"Renovations "
The hotel itself was good. Very clean and in a central location. I just wish someone would've told us it was under renovations. I was so looking forward to the roof top and its view, and it wasn't available.

"Fun!"
Record player in the room with a library of vinyls to choose from to take to your room and borrow. Guitars in the lobby for anyone to pick up and play. Modern bathroom comfy beds. Shower water could have been hotter and I like good water pressure and this was so so. But over all great hotel!

"Nice Hotel With A Terrible Shower"
We had very few complaints about the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the bar/restaurant downstairs is beautiful and has solid food. But the shower is a different story. It's the worst shower either of us have ever used. It's unbelievably narrow, and it has a cloth shower curtain, which isn't sanitary and removes even more space from the already undersized shower. The curtain is also too short for the shower, and any time you touch it even a little — which is frequently, due to the tiny maneuverability space — it gets pulled up above the lip of the shower, allowing water to pour out into the bathroom. Every time we showered, we had to clean up puddles of water from the bathroom floor.

"Convenient for our needs "
We booked 2 rooms with 2 queen beds. The rooms we were given had 2 double beds. With one of the guests over 6 ft tall this was not the best. We did not complain but were disappointed. We have stayed here before and had a much larger selection of food for breakfast the last time so were disappointed to have such a small selection this time.
