"Nice hotel... except for..."
The 7:00 am wake-up call... ie... the fire alarm.... that scared the hell out of us, and could not be shut off until after the fire department arrived. Apparently someone burned the breakfast in th kitchen. Unfortunately, we were not able to fall back to sleep, after a very late night celebrating a wedding. Made for a very long and exhausting drive back to NYC. :( Also, I booked my room with Expedia for $188.00, tax included. I was charged $211.42. When asked, I was told it was for "incidentals", and I would be credited back on my card. We check out yesterday, and this is not the case as of yet.

"Efficient, convenient and cozy"
Incredibly easy booking; wonderful staff, excellent snack/coffee room. Good. communication vis-a-vis in-room signage and instructions. Bath & kitchen supplies adequate but spare. Sofa bed not very comfortable; furniture made room space tight with sofa bed open, maybe a smaller coffee table would help. Suggest asking smokers to stay, say, ~50' from building to keep 1st floor hallway from accumulating smoke smell. Finally, the street address doesn't translate well when navigating to the entrance. Had to make numerous U-turns and negotiate dead-end parking lots before finally finding the right--unmarked--driveway. Especially in the dark. Clear signage on the Turnpike would work.

"great rooom"
Bathroom was a little tight with door and toilet. Toilet flushed so well, it was highly noisy and sometimes scary. Check-in went smoothly. We had a standard king size room and so did person next to us, but since theirs supposed was not ready (though it was after 4pm) they were upgraded.

"Good hotel for the price"
Free shuttle to and from airport was easy to access and it's available 24 hours a day. Flexible--will drop you off at blue or silver T stops on the way in. Modernly remodelled with comfortable bed and bedding. What stood out is the quiet. The ladies who come clean early in the morning aren't yelling at each other in the halls and slamming doors. I was very pleasantly pleased by this. Free breakfast was OK. The usual--cereal, oatmeal, scr egggs, potatoes, make your own waffles, juice, coffee, tea. All the front desk people were polite and friendly.

"A pleasant surprise !"
Our first time staying at a Kimpton hotel and won't be our last. Great staff and very engaging from the moment you arrive. They heard it was my husbands birthday and left him a personal birthday note wish with wine and cheese. It was a pleasant surprise when we arrived back in our room. So thank you to the front desk and your staff! MCM from Connecticut

"great price, nice hotel"
First, the price was excellent for Boston. The lobby and rooms were very nice, very clean. Staff helpful and friendly. FREE parking is a big plus, if you know Boston, you know parking in the city is outrageous! Full, free breakfast was great! The shuttle bus to two areas in the city is helpful but the schedule is far between so a little hard to schedule around. But we got a cab from the Pru to the hotel for under $10.00. We called for a cab to the Opera House but the shuttle bus driver took us for a small fee (instead of using a cab). The area around the hotel is not that great. They had earplugs on the bedside table so got a little nervous about that but honestly, it was just city noises to nothing outrageous. I do wish the full curtains closed over the windows instead of just the sheers so it stayed dark in the morning. Overall, I would definitely stay again. The price was great, free parking and free breakfast saved a lot of money.

You know it’s not a family vacation until the whole clan – furry members, too – are together.

Fido’s leash can come off at Peter’s Park, a fenced, off-leash area where you and your pooch to can run and play. Play fetch in the sunshine, or sit on a bench nursing a hot chocolate in the winter. You’ll find numerous other off-leash dog parks in the city, as well as plenty of places you can take your pet as long as he stays on the leash. Go for a brisk walk together in Harvard Square, where you can window shop to your heart’s content. Some restaurants and cafes welcome well-behaved pooches, and will let you enjoy a meal out on the patio while Fido snacks on the treats and jerky you brought along. Don’t forget to keep water and food dishes on hand so he can eat, too.

When you’re looking for a place to stay with your pet, hotels in Boston are ready to step up. Make sure your little guy or gal fits any breed or size restrictions the hotel may have—call ahead to make sure. Once you’re in, order up room service for dinner and eat together. Try to book a hotel close to open spaces like Boston Public Garden, so the two of you can go out for walks whenever the mood takes you.

Book with today and find great Boston hotels that are primed and ready for you and your furry, feathered, or scaled companions. You’ll save money and time when you make travel arrangements through us, leaving you with more of both to spend in Harvard Square.
