"The property was nice overall. One of the reasons we booked was for the beautiful rooftop area to unwind after the day. It was closed everynight we were there. Big bummer!"
"The hotel was nice, bed was not as comfortable as some other hotels I stay at. Asked for an extra blanket and they forgot about me until I called again 20 minutes later."

"The only downside when we were visiting was that an elevator was out of order so it was a little extra longer for the wait, but the staff was amazing, view was beautiful, and so easy to get wherever you want to go without really needing more than your feet to get you there!"

"Came into Boston to go to a Red Sox game since I was going to be picking up a boat near by. When I checked in I explained to the lady at the front desk that this was my first time in town and asked if I could get an upper floor room with a view. She gave me a look and said "I do my best". While walking away with my room assignment I saw that it was on the fourth floor of a 16 floor hotel. With hesitation I went up to the room hoping for a pleasant surprise, but unfortunately that didn't happen. I immediately called down and explained to someone else my request. They put me on hold and came back to tell me the bell hop was on their way with new cards for a room on the 16th floor with a great view of the ship yards. Thank you to the lady on the phone."
