Nice place to stay to go to Salem. Breakfast was good, front staff was helpful. Lifts were like 20-25 dollars, def less than uber and paying for parking in Salem.

The water pressure in this hotel was the best. The bed and pillows were so comfortable!! I give it 10 stars for these things if I could. The staff were very nice. The breakfast was good but limited seating.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was nice, and the location was extremely convenient close to all the main Salem attractions, restaurants, and everything we wanted to see. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!

Staff was friendly, very helpful, room was comfortable. Only complaint is the new policy not to clean the rooms every day. That is something we always look forward to when traveling. One last compliment. We had a toilet issue that was repaired in good time.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice. The pool and the hot tub were also well maintained. It was nice that the towels by the pool area are big enough to fully wrap around you. It is about five minutes from Salem, but the time of year we went, it took between 20 to 30 minutes to get to downtown Salem. The breakfast was OK. Our only negative is the beds were too firm for us, making sleep a little difficult.

Check in process was easy. The location was accessible to a lot of places and options to dine. The hot tub and pool area were clean. Liked that after a long day of walking we were able to get an hour of hot tub/pool time. We had a suite that slept 7 and it was spacious. No one was on top of each other. We asked for extra towels at the front and they accomodated. Breakfast had a variety of items to choose from. It was a short but pleasant stay.

Great customer service (shout-out to Mary), room was updated and very comfortable, very good breakfast options and conveniently located close to everything you may need by car. Pool and hot tub were decent. Sonic is next door for the fast foodies. Great hotel for family trips. Salem is not too far of a drive which was a plus.
