"Hotel near Charles River"
The address is written incorrectly everywhere. Breakfast was ok. Room needs more lighting and seemed dusty.

"Week in Boston"
I wanted a cheap hotel to stay at for about 5 days while travelling through the northeast and I picked the Milner. The hotel was affordable and simple in its set up and looked to be reasonably central. I found the hotel to be kept in a good state, the facilities were straightforward but covered everything you'd need. The staff were absolutely fantastic, always there to help, friendly and respectful. The hotel was in better location than I expected and the whole of downtown Boston was within walking distance, even Fenway park if you really wanted to. All in all the hotel was what I was expecting but the staff and location were better than I had hoped for.

"Great for the cost"
Pretty much just used it to sleep for a couple hours and take a shower so it was pretty nice. It is a hostel so you will be sharing a room with 2 other people, which was fine. Bathrooms were clean. Do note that there is NO elevator, which may be an issue for some people.

"Friendly staff and a great location"
All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was central for our purposes, close to public transportation and many great restaurants. The room was small but efficient. The bathroom was small and just so-so in terms of water pressure, space for toiletries, towels (small and scratchy). For the price, I am guessing we are paying more for the location than some of the comforts. Free hot beverages in the lobby which was bright and sunny, nice for sitting while waiting or with a cup of coffee.

"A great way to feel at home in Boston"
My recent stay at the Fenway trilogy was great! I got there a little early, and Clinton offered to hold my bags until my room was ready. Once it was, he showed me how to get there so I wouldn't get lost. I walked in, and felt right at home. My room had a great view of Boston and Fenway park. There was a gift basket on the counter that included coffee, soaps, and other basic kitchen supplies. The room was impeccably clean. The only problem was that there was a little crack in my coffee pot, so when I went to make coffee it made a little mess before I realized the equipment was faulty. However, there was a Starbucks right below the apartment, so it wasn't that big of a deal. It was easy to get in and out of the trilogy, and since it was more of a apartment experience, I didn't have to deal with the typical inconveniences of hotel living.

"Very nice/comfortable stay"
The hotel exceeded our expectations. The suites were very nice and big. very clean. Breakfast was amazing with a variety. The hotel also provides free cookies and coffee in the lobby which I thought was super nice. Free shuttle service to the T station and several other landmarks. The only negative point was the suite did not carry a microwave as mentioned in the website, thus we had to come down to the lobby to use the common microwave. Other than that we had a very comfortable stay and would definitely recommend to anyone.
