We like the newness of the hotel - it's design is spacious; modern shower stalls and fixtures and open layout of the entire room. We dont like the fact that the bath towels are so 'coarse' to the touch. It is not soft and fluffy. They didnt live up to excellent quality to the rest of room and hotel facilities

We were the only visitors there. They had a heavy blanket on the bed and I'm not good with heavy blankets. I was thankful they had a chest with other blankets and there was a nice soft light but warm blanket. I was thankful for that. It was very clean. The staff were great. They allowed us to check in early and they gave us information on where we could find a reasonable and good restaurant. Breakfast was excellent. Even though there were just 2 of us there (my husband and myself), it...

I liked everything

Our room was clean. Small pool was great for the kids in the evening.

Great location

Très beau séjour! Personnels tous très accueillants.

Clean room

Property and staff were very good

Nice hotel

Friendly and helpful staff. Property is currently in renovation but minimal impact to guests

Staff were professional and courteous throughout my stay. I loved the coffee station that could be accessed 24/7. The room was clean, well made and had a nice view of the Chateau Frontenac in the distance. The hotel is just on the edge of the old town so you're close to the action with a quiet retreat. The only thing that wasn't clear was that the breakfast at the hotel is an extra charge (which in the end costs about the same as any breakfast nearby). Otherwise I had a lovely stay and would...

Beautiful area. In the heart of old quebec.

Excellent location, friendly staff, quiet and clean

Location was great. The hotel was clean and quiet and the staff were very friendly.

We loved everything about the hotel. Stefan was wonderful on check in and the area was superb. The only issue is that there was no elevator, but that being said, we managed quite well. Fabulous stay and we would return anytime.
