"Clean, relaxing stay at Alila Manggis. Different experience staying so close to the sea. At night, I could hear the strong waves crashing onto the breakwater fronting the resort. Service staff was impeccable - they tidied our room twice in a day! I think they also made it a point to know the names of guests and the room they stay. "Great stay, the only drawback was the trash in the ocean. It was not every day the same, depending on waves and current, but that was to be expected in Bali. There was a fisherman sitting the whole day in front of the beach, doing nothing and trying to sell snorkeling trips. They should have paid him some money to cleanup daily. We've heared they do weekly cleanup tours, but that's just not enough. Anyway, everything else was just great :)"
