In 2019 we stayed in villa as well and could access multiple lounge with kids, such as executive and villa lounge. However this time hotel has combined two lounges into one Nusa Dua lounge and giving limited access to villa customers given we have paid so much than other customers but can only take kids to kids club because the lounge doesn’t allow kids under 12 to stay. This aspect has reduced the overall satisfaction and experience of stay. Very disappointed.
