"We had our 9 nights holiday in Bali and this hotel was amazing with poolside room was stunning. Staff were absolutely amazing, helpful and friendly. Meals were classy and delicious. "Pros: - The food was exceptional, especially the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of options and was worth the money. - Safety measures were commendable, with a security checkpoint every time you entered the hotel, although it seemed a bit tedious, it provided a reassuring sense of safety. - The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. - Room cleanliness was good, ensuring a comfortable stay. - Appreciated the convenience of complimentary shuttles to the beach and the short 5-minute walk to the beachfront. Issues we faced: The safe in the room stopped working at one point, but the staff promptly came to fix the issue. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future."
