I can't say enough fabulous things about this hotel. WOW - they were excellent and we loved the amenities! The staff were beyond kind and caring. They made everything easy for us and were helpful when I had questions - we paid for a few extras and it was well worth the price - the room decorated with flowers and a candlelight dinner for two. I travel all around the world and have been in well over 100 hotels and this hotel had the best service I have ever had. The breakfast was also outstanding among best ever. My room was also excellent. The hotel itself was very good. Bottom line - I am glad I chose this hotel

We booked a 2 bedroom private villa with swimming pool and when we arrived we were upgraded to a 3 bedroom villa located in a very quiet part of the propert. The villa looks out to the jungle and a wonderful sound of the fast flowing river below. Highly recommend this resort.

Serene and tranquil villa overlooking the jungle with our own infinity pool. A true slice of heaven. Close taxi rides to activities around Ubud but away from the hustle of the city.

We chose the right place for a luxury weekend to begin our dream trip to Bali (to celebrate our 20th anniversary!) Where to start? The infinity pool which looks EXACTLY like it does on the Internet? The lush grounds, serene surroundings, beautiful open air restaurant/bar and the amazing spa. If you are looking for a quiet romantic place to unwind, this is it. We booked the Terrace Villa with private plunge pool and bale...we were unexpectedly upgraded to the Deluxe Terrace Villa near the top...

Overall this place was amazing! The staff is super helpful, the location is gorgeous (we stayed in a honeymoon villa and the view was awesome), and the location is close to go into Ubud and back easily. Definitely recommend! The only set back I can say is there is a neighbour who runs power tools like a chain saw or something across the valley with some frequency which causes some undesired noise, despite this not being the hotel’s fault just wanted to mention it. Amazing place nonetheless! ...

Exceptional property and all around experience. I cannot recommend it highly enough. It is all around perfect. Everything is meticulous. The food and the staff are incredible. The spa and classes that they offer daily on the property are wonderful. Truly heaven on earth. 100/10.

Finished off my trip to Bali with a few days at the Maya Ubud in one of their private pool villas - I never wanted to leave. Absolutely amazing experience. The infinity pool was perfection, the villa was peaceful and the scenery was magnificent!

It was beyond our expectation. Everything from the room the service was beyond excellence. We knew that the place being a ritz Carlton the hotel would be spectacular but the service was what this set this hotel aside. Everyone from the general manager to our butler Justine made our stay beyond our wildest imagination. We would definitely be returning back here!
