"Villa is stunning but in a very remote village about 15mins by car from central ubud. The villa staff had very little english so you will need google translate for effective communication. Stock up on supplies beforehand as access in the village is limited. There are no taxis in ubud and the inclines are steep and uneven underfoot so walking is adventurous. "Beautiful place, staff were great and very helpful. There are steps to go down as the units are on terraces. There are units on flat ground at the top so if you have any hip problems or find it hard to walk down or up steps then ask to stay in the top units. I was in a unit down near the bottom and I can’t climb up stairs very well so they moved me to a top unit. It was no problem they were so helpful. They have two pools one at the top and a beautiful one down the bottom."
