Bali Beach Hotel

"From the moment we arrived at the Bali Beach Hotel, we were impressed with absolutely EVERYTHING! What we loved most was the incredible staff. Every single worker, whether stopping for a conversation or simply passing us in the hallway, greeted us with a beautiful smile and a warm hello. It’s those little things that make such a big difference! We had a wonderful check-in experience with Day, and Mutiara was absolutely exceptional in looking after me and my family when it came to checking out on what we knew what going to be a long wait until our flight! The staff at breakfast and dinner were equally beautiful, always welcoming and attentive. The buffet breakfast was 10/10, and the restaurants served excellent food. The concierge team was fantastic, organising taxis and even arranging our laundry collection. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the rooms have everything you need, and we loved the thoughtful afternoon service, when staff would come by to replenish towels and water. And the pool? HUGE! We absolutely loved it! The location was perfect for us, slightly north of the main area but still an easy walk to restaurants, markets and Icon mall. We honestly couldn’t fault our stay. The service, facilities and attention to detail made our family holiday so special. We will most certainly be choosing Bali Beach Hotel again on our next trip to Sanur! Thank you for such a wonderful stay. ❤️"

"The hotel is a little run down but my stay was excellent! The pool is excellent! My first room smelt a little of mould but my seconds room was much nicer! Standard hotel room! Great Location! For the price I was so happy! Would definitely stay again"

"It really is a great spot. the location / front entrance isnt ideal as it is on the highway and there is no sidewalk for pedestrians - its fine but you need to be alert. - you dont hear the traffic at all. Staff was wonderful, we did have issues with our ac unit spitting water all over our floor - the staff delt with it but it took away from the last few hours of enjoying the room. we had to also request towels for the pool - not a big deal, but nice if we didnt need to go to the lobby wet. the complementary foot massage was AMAZING after a long day of travel, and the complementary coffee and breakfast was something to write home about top shelf!! I would give this place a 5 star but the price vs needed maintenance and dropped my rating."

"Maya Sanur is a beautiful hotel in a lovely beachfront setting. The location was one of the biggest positives for us, with direct access to the beach and boardwalk, making it really easy to walk along the seafront and explore Sanur. Our room was spacious, modern and comfortable, and we particularly liked having his-and-hers sinks in the bathroom. We were also conveniently located within the hotel, which made getting around very easy. We arrived at around 1pm and completely understood that check-in wasn’t until 3pm. We were told we would receive a message when the room was ready, although this didn’t arrive until around 3:15pm, so it felt slightly pointless. Our key card also didn’t work on the first attempt, but this was quickly sorted. A couple of minor negatives were the noticeable whining noise from the LED mirrors in the bathroom and the lack of air conditioning in the open-plan communal areas. One thing we really appreciated was the service on our final day. After checking out, we were able to leave our luggage and return later to use the spa facilities to shower and change before our evening flight home. Overall, a very enjoyable stay in a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and an excellent beachfront location."
