Exceptional customer service, as evident in all the staff (check-in, room service, house keeping, dining, concierge, etc.). The GM Kevin takes time to greet and interact with the customers, which is fantastic. The property itself is nice, but a bit dated (we observed same thing while staying in other hotels in Nusa Dua). The beach adjacent to the hotel is public (I believe) and the condition was a bit disappointing. Other properties in the area with private beaches seem to be in much better shape, and with better amenities and ambiance. The onsite amenities are quite limited--OK for adults, but a bit lacking for kids. The one thing we didn't like was the price of drinks, which we felt was quite inflated (over IDR 170,000 per drink), especially given it's in Indonesia. Will likely return to this property if the above concerns are addressed (e.g., refurbish property, more amenities, enhance beach experience, cheaper drinks!)
