In a Quiet area of Kuta. It’s a good hotel with a good size swimming pool. Rooms are good size and clean. The only down side was, it was looking a little tired, the towel rail in the bathroom fell apart and the toilet roll holder kept falling off. Some of the wooden planks around the pool area were quite loose when walking around it. We had stayed in 4 different hotels during our stay in Ball all 4 star. The breakfast was basic but enough to start your day. For the money it was good value. The rooms were clean and neat. The TV was updated and the amenities were very good. Great value for money and well located 500 metres from Beach Walk Shopping centre and 100 metres from the beach. Close to a variety of restaurants , Try Royal Cannibale for the best steak in Bali (tell the waiters that Walter sent you there and he will look after you) and a host of breakfast places just down the street. This is a low budget hotel with great appeal. I chose this hotel as I was stranded for a few days due to flight delays but would have no hesitation of going there again.
