This was our first "staycay" at the Mulia and as we travel quite regularly it was a very much needed break after almost 3months of no flights out of Bali.
Our first impressions of The Mulia was the grandeur and beautiful grounds, we can clearly see why it has been so highly rated over the years. We stayed in the Royal Suite and the room was extremely clean and well-appointed with ample space. Food quality was very good & refined, after staying in various 5 & 6-star hotels around the world we occasionally find the food being the letdown at these types of hotels, this was not the case at all! We were very impressed given we are in a pandemic where the hotel was practically empty The Mulia has not let the food quality standard slip (Bravo to the F&B team)
Our only slight critique was the general experience we had at the beach bar, we still had a great time and recommend this hotel however I will write to management personally on some aspects they can further improve. We still highly recommend this hotel & looking forward to our next trip back! Thank you for a great time.
