The hotel was much better than anticipated. Great location, clean and no problem with noise at all. The staff was personable, friendly and accommodating. I’d come back and would recommend a stay here. The room was large and had all we needed. Excellent choice if you’re looking to stay in Bali!!

We just stayed one night upon first arriving in Bali. Adi picked us up from airport and took us right to hotel. Bed was hard (which we liked!), shower was warm and amazing. Easy walk to beach and so many restaurants. Breakfast in morning was good, pool was beautiful. Would definitely stay again!

This is more of a motel in terms of room conditions and service from staff. The tool grounds are beautiful and compact. The food to pay for in restaurant was excellent. I checked out early after 1 night even thou; I had 3 more days to stay but left due to poor room conditions and uninterested staff. The bed was super hard, the shower offers only only like warm and cold water, and tv volume and channels were glitchy. Noisy environment so hard to sleep. Hotel offerd me refund letter but did not respond to Expedia so I did not get my money back on canceled nights as stated via the promise letter the manager gave me when I left hotel. However I moved to a glorious hotel resort 4minutes aways which was 30$ more per day. I’m glad I saved my vacation in Bali. It was the right call to make by moving hotels to a place that was more like all the other hotels I experienced while in Bali. This one was the only downer hotel in all of the 4 hotels I stayed in while in Bali.

Very nice staff and reasonably priced. Regrettably, our handicapped needs were not met. Needed a room on the ground floor near an elevator. Got the furthest room on the 2nd floor. Probably just a communication error but it was only one night. So, we just left it alone. I am sure most people will enjoy staying here since it is near the airport.
