I arrived a bit after midnight, the Desk attendant was very accommodating and friendly. The bells man was courteous and extremely helpful with my luggage and explaining the amenities of the room. Breakfast was in time and delicious. Free shuttle back to airport was on time and courteous. Room size was Deluxe, clean, with balcony that overlooked pool. Staff very helpful, always smiling and very kind.

It was a nice size of hotel (not too big) and was a quiet oasis away from the busy street. The pool and restaurant area were very relaxing to sit around. Breakfast was good and varied.

The internet was unstable majority of the time. If you're looking to do some work online or would to watch movies, keep that on mind staying here. Also i made arrangements for pickup from the airport and they weren't there.

I had the deluxe room with access to the pool. My room was very nice. The hotel offers airport pick-up which didn't happen in my case. I looked for the hotel's sign in the pickup waiting area for 30 mins and did not see them. I asked the hotel if they could accommodate me on the taxi I paid for and the didn't offer me anything. Another thing to note is the hotel is in front of a mall that has a live band from 7:30 pm - 10 pm. So if you want some type of quiet, this hotel is not for you.

This is an excellent property. One of the better looking hotels. Staff was excellent!!! Friendly and very helpful. Was here for 8 days. Definitely going to miss this place.
