The location is great for checking out many of the commonly sought tourist sites, and the property is very nice. Free paper in the morning, free drinks in the room, comfortable beds. "If you prefer nature and history, this location is perfect. Upon arrival it was a short walk from Paddington Station when travelling from Heathrow. Directly across the road from Hyde Park and a short walk to Kensington Palace, Royal Albert Hall, and Diana’s memorial. Having a tube station directly underneath the hotel was perfect for the novice London visitor. The concierge, bellhops, hospitality desk, room service, and housekeeping was attentive to every details and very helpful in a timely...

The 9th floor bar had amazing views and cocktails! The room was checked throughout the day as requested for garbage removal and towels and bed turndown. We would highly recommend this hotel."
