"The property was exactly as described. The place was spacious and perfect if you are looking for a private space to relax. Because of the hurricane we lost a night but were reimbursed by the property as promised without any hassle at all.
When reading the reviews it was mentioned that the low ceiling could be an issue, I did find out that that is true but otherwise the place was fantastic!"

This private villa is even more beautiful that the pictures!! The staff are amazing and so very helpful. We had two dinners and they were the best that we had in the 6 days there.....even better than the Ocean Grill!! It was my birthday and Irma made a fabulous meal with the most beautiful birthday cake. The setting is great with just a short walk to Boca and to water taxi access to all the beautiful beaches in the Bay of Banderas. We hiked the path to Las Animas twice to get our exercise...

We really enjoyed this resort! With the all inclusive plan, you get access to the restaurants and facilities of the neighbouring resort as well. So many options for food and with the time we visited (September) there was no waits at all. The pool and ocean area were so clean. Staff are always helpful. One thing you should know however for their free spa service (with all inclusive) it is only one service for one person per room. But really we would recommend this resort nonetheless.

Our family of 3 stayed at this resort for 5 nights and 6 days. It was our family's first time in Mexico. So we opt in to all inclusive. We had a lovely stay. Staff are very friendly and approachable. Breakfast buffet was great, a lot of options for food! For lunch and dinner there were plenty of options as well. For dinner, make sure to make a reservation for their restaurants. We did not encounter any aggressive time-share agent.

The pool is gorgeous. As you step onto the deck, you're met with a spectacular view of the infinity pool that overlooks the ocean—truly breathtaking. As well the view from your room is outstanding. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. Traveling as a solo female, I always felt safe both on and off the property. I cannot wait to come back to Sayulita and La Puesta. Highly recommend.
