It ended up being so amazing we went back for the last 3 nights of our trip. The staff are really friendly, it's relaxing and the pools are amazing. "It was important that we had a balcony. And the management took it upon themselves too allow my daughter and I to sign a release. And it was so wonderful we enjoyed our room at 413. We didn’t want to spend spring break arguing with our son about climbing stairs so this was important to us. When we checked in we were extremely pleased to see the property has accommodated our request with a ground floor room and the service didn’t stop there! Every single aspect of our 10 day vacation was PERFECT! Our apartment was cleaned daily with no complaints...

I have been staying here for a week so far, and have extended my stay. I was here through the fires and chaos that occurred in Puerto Vallarta and felt very safe here with the guests and hotel staff.
The rooms are so spacious and comfortable and the housekeeper is lovely and comes daily.
The breakfast here is wonderful, and sometimes has live music. The servers are so very friendly and kind, as are the front desk staff. The greenery around the patios and pool is very beautiful 😍

We loved the king suite room with the balcony! Amazing views of the city, golf course, marina area & ocean in the distance. The room was beautifully equipped with comfortable king bed, small fridge, microwave, good sized TV, double sinks in bathroom and power drapes! The water pressure in shower was weak and we could have used a safety grab bar in the shower.
Food in the snack bar (hot dogs & hamburgers) was very tasty, all in all , a most enjoyable stay!

The staff at the property were excellent. Alondra, Carlos and the rest of the staff gave exceptional service. Nice clean rooms. Good view, located across from a quieter beach. Breakfast was fantastic and the 2 restaurants across the hotel were both excellent with great views to sit on the beach with good food and good drinks to enjoy the sunsets. The rooftop pool was beautiful with great views of the bay as well Walkable to the melacon and easy to get from the airport. We will stay here again
