"Great checkin and super service"

"Overall the hotel was great. They were going through a renovation which made it a bit noisy in the morning. Only real negative was the wifi in my room was terrible."

"The hotel is located very close to the train station and that makes it very convenient. It is a place that meets the basic lodging conditions. The staff is very friendly and willing to provide good service. The room is clean and spacious; Perhaps your furniture requires an update. In general terms it is a good place to spend the night."

"This property is kind of a hidden gem. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff is really amazing: everyone in the team is really committed to a great customer service. I confess that the concierge being on the 3rd floor was a bit complicated. However the staff and comfort of the property made a difference; and basically you forget this little inconvenience. "

"Easy walk from the Train station. Greeted immediately upon arrival. Gorgeous interior. Clean rooms with small refrigerator and complimentary wine, electric kettle, and spacious bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic 😋 "

"Then hotel is very close to main attraction and there is a tram service available about 100 meters from the hotel. The hotel staff are very nice offering every possible help. The breakfast was average with very little selection. The carpet in the lobby and staircase needs to be replaced."

"Everyone working at the Alba Hotel was very nice. Not a five star hotel but top in its class. Location to train station walkable and perfect. Close walk to Duomo, etc. We would recommend "

"The hotel is in a great location with ease of access from the train station (with a 5 minute walk) and to the duomo and basilica. The rustic style of the hotel fits in with the ambience of Florence, but the mazes to get to the hotel rooms can be a bit difficult with suitcases. The breakfast room was quite crowded and could benefit from a timing system for guests to book a breakfast time. "

"This was a great find. Very close to the train station and walking distance to the main sights in Florence. The gentleman working the desk was an absolute gem of a person. Nice little common room where we could relax at the end of the day with other couples that we were traveling with. If I am ever back in Florence I will stay here again."

"This a small boutique hotel near the main train station so the location is good. The front desk service was very helpful and the breakfast was definitely worthwhile. My only slight concern is that our room was quite small, but possibly my room selection was that type. It’s worthwhile knowing ahead of time your room size."

"This has been the best hotel I have stayed in while visiting Florence. The staff goes completely out of their way to make you feel at home. The rooms are large for European standards and super comfortable. Breakfast is great and they also have additional options. Waking up and having breakfast with a beautiful Tuscan view is priceless."
