The hotel is lovely and in a convenient location - walkable to the best sights! The rooms are modern and comfortable in an historic building. The breakfast is delicious - homemade baked goods daily and made to order eggs and coffee. My only caution is that it is in a very noisy neighborhood. There are wonderful restaurants on the street but that makes for a lot of street noise. And there is loud traffic day and night.

Excellent hotel. Would stay here again and will be recommending to friends! Excellent value, close to the train station and all the sights are walkable. The room was huge with an amazing bathroom and beautifully painted ceiling. Very clean and comfortable. Staff were so nice and the breakfast was 10/10.

Very nice and helpful staff, good breakfast buffet, great location with Santa Maria Novella and its piazza just around the corner. Spacious, luxurious bathroom and powerful air conditioning. With the old furniture and painted ceiling the ambiance in my room felt very much like an Italian place with history.

The motel room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful at all times. The breakfast was very good. A suggestion from me to management, as to send a description of how to enter the motel and how the elevator works prior to arrival would’ve been helpful. Especially for foreign visitors. The hotel is very nice inside and close to the train station and near all the major sights. Best of all friendly and helpful staff and good breakfast in the morning. We would highly recommend this hotel, it's the best one we have stayed in so far in our travels through Europe.
