i loved the location , the price , the vibe , as a first time solo traveller staying in a hostel i was a bit nervous , i thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would deffo recommend and would 100 percent stay here again , love how everyone respected everybody , had a great time and slept well

This was a GREAT stay. The hotel is very complete, with lots of amenities, and everything was very clean and well maintained. We had a really good experience and would definitely stay here again. My only downside was that the bed was quite hard for my preference, but other than that, everything was great!

The rooms were very clean and fresh towels were brought often! The common areas were clean and well maintained. The only thing I wish was there were hooks in both bathrooms (especially the shower) so I could hang my towel and clothes and not have to put them on the floor or the sink. Other than that I would stay again!

We reserved a private room for two and we were surprised for the size, clean and not noisy at all. The location is perfect and it’s a good place to escape from the overcrowded Florence during summer.

The indoor pool was undergoing maintenance and the outdoor pool closed at 7, not the 10pm advertised in the hostel’s messages after checking in. The restaurant advertises itself online as being flexible for gluten free/ vegetarian/ vegan. When sitting down and asking, nothing was completely gluten free and only the three meat dishes and one pasta dish could be made gluten free. We ate elsewhere. Clean rooms and friendly staff, good for a basic hostel stay. Air conditioning in the rooms, however it is very loud (might just be an issue in the room we stayed in). Great location for the train station.

Plus Florence was awesome! The atmosphere is really fun and there are lots of people to meet and hang out with! The room was clean and the ac worked wonderfully! I would definitely go back next time I’m in Florence.

Check in was hectic, they do have a number system so that was nice but waited for around 30 mins to check in. Room was clean but very bare bones. It’s a fine place to stay in Florence but don’t expect anything spectacular. Didn’t do the pool or the bar so I can’t really speak for that. The staff were very nice though
