    Beautiful location next to The Ponte Vecchio. Off season so upgrade provided at no cost to a river view and bridge, bottle of wine given and free drink in rooftop bar overlooking Florence. Brilliant service, even sent a driver to collect us and our car as we could not find a route to hotel that was either not under construction or prohibited.     The Hotel was absolutely great! Just steps to the Duomo! All of Florence is easily accessible by foot just by walking out the door! The included breakfast was wonderful and the entire staff was always happy and helpful. They also have a cafe/bakery in the lobby that was incredible. You can’t go wrong here. We stayed 11 nights and don’t regret one of them!!!…
