« Super expérience en famille, l’équipe a vraiment été présente pour préparer notre voyage avant ( on a eu des modifications de planning) et ils ont tout fait pour nous aider. Ensuite lors de l’arrivée, le Check in était attentif très professionnel et agréable , avec en prime une carte de Florence détaillée avec les bonnes adresses de restaurants et glaces, avec le sourire. Enfin ils se sont occupés du taxi à notre départ, service génial ! L’appartement, très propre, et confortable, et la...

« Personnel très accueillant. Chambres magnifiques. Très bonne localisation. Seul inconvénient c’était de ne pas pouvoir dormir avant 1h du matin la dernière nuit car les voisins de l’immeuble à côté très bruyants. Sinon je recommande cet établissement sans hésitation. »

« Excellent séjour. Hôte très accueillante. B&b plutôt bien situé, à environ 20 minutes de marche du centre de Florence, dans un quartier calme mais sans beaucoup de commerces. Le petit déjeuner était top. La chambre convenable même si je me suis cognée la tête plusieurs fois à la poutre!! La sdb non attenante à la chambre mais privée était très satisfaisante. Bref je suis ravie de mon séjour! »

« This was a fantastic, spacious apartment for our family of 4\. We initially had an issue with the WiFi and host communicated very well, and sent a technician to fix it very quickly. The neighborhood is wonderful - far enough away from the crowds of tourists to enjoy a quieter side of Florence, but close enough to walk 10 minutes to be in the center of all of the major tourist attractions. »

« We stayed here in November and had a wonderful experience. The location worked perfectly for my husband and I, close enough to the center to get everywhere easily, yet set in a quiet residential part of Florence where we could feel the local rhythm of the city. The staff who look after the house were all very easy to communicate with. The whole stay was smooth and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our time here! »

« Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cet hôtel, personnel très sympathique, la jeune fille qui s’occupe du breakfast fait un travail remarquable. La chambre où nous étions ne possède pas de fenêtre avec vue sur l’extérieur, on se sent un peu cloisonné, les lits sont confortables, la salle d’eau est fonctionnelle mais par contre les toilettes sont un peu vétuste. Le gros point négatif est qu’il y avait des groupes scolaires à notre étage et les jeunes faisaient beaucoup de bruit en passant d’une...

"Super expérience en famille, l’équipe a vraiment été présente pour préparer notre voyage avant ( on a eu des modifications de planning) et ils ont tout fait pour nous aider. Ensuite lors de l’arrivée, le Check in était attentif très professionnel et agréable , avec en prime une carte de Florence détaillée avec les bonnes adresses de restaurants et glaces, avec le sourire. Enfin ils se sont occupés du taxi à notre départ, service génial ! L’appartement, très propre, et confortable, et la climatisation fonctionne très bien ! Super expérience, merci!"
