We got a very comfortable room with nice air conditioning, queen size bed, clean restroom and a fair size shower. The hostess gave us a local bottle of wine. Super nice welcome. The property very well located and easy access to the room.

Finding the hotel proved difficult and there was no direct parking that allowed guest to check in and take luggage to room. The king bed room was very spacious , clean and comfortable, but located on the first floor away from reception and the other rooms.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay here. The room was spacious with beautiful views overlooking the Arno river. The air conditioning worked very well in the room and was much appreciated during a heat wave in August. The location could not be beat. It is away from the major crowds, but still surrounded by amazing shops, restaurants, and historical sites.

The hotel room itself was very large and beautiful. Was upgraded to a suite with a river view. The only thing we disliked was the set up of the shower head. It was too far back from the bathtub which made showering a bit dangerous as you had to be careful not to slip as it was very close to the back curve of the bathtub. Other than that, it was conveniently located to the city centre. A 10-15 minute walk over the river. Many dining options and markets close by. Also a 15 minute walk to the train station. I would definitely stay here again. Drinking water is complementary and restocked daily!

We had a great stay at La Torre del Castello in Florence! The room was very clean, nicely updated, and the air conditioning worked really well, which was a huge plus during the summer. The service was also excellent—everyone was friendly and helpful. A couple of small downsides: there was no full-length mirror, which was a little inconvenient when getting ready and trying to see your full outfit. There was also very limited space to hang towels—really only enough for one towel at a time, so it was difficult for two people to properly hang and dry their towels. That said, these were minor inconveniences and overall we had a really lovely stay. The cleanliness, updated room, great AC, and excellent service made it a great experience, and we would definitely recommend it!

The staff and accommodations are excellent! Very close to the heart of all that is Florence (nothing farther than 10-15 mins walk) with lovely small cafes and trattorias right outside the front door. The room was clean and very spacious. We will definitely be returning to this place on our next visit to magical Florence! A big thank-you to Roxy and Fredrica who made us feel right at home and were there for any needs or questions we had! Excellent service!

Very nice place in the centre of town. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Room was exactly as advertised , spacious with a great view overlooking the river and old town. If i go back to Florence i would happily stay here again.

The hotel marketing is good. The Superior room looks much bigger and nicer online. The superior room with a garden view is very small. And the room is on the ground floor with the lobby and other rooms on the fourth floor. The hotel is conveniently located and walking distance to main attractions, restaurants, grocery store, etc. We expected a bit more, but the bed is comfortable, the AC works great and it was very clean.

The reception is on the third floor and our room was on the ground floor so arrival was a bit hectic. The reception is not well signed posted and we climbed all floors on the stairs before finding it. However, the staff was very friendly and the room was simple, quiet and clean. Modern bathroom, tee, coffee drinks in the fridge are offered. The location is perfect for visiting Florence and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.
