    This hotel was perfect for our trip to Florence! It was so clean, everyday the room was cared for, it's very centrally located on a main street in Florence, making it a 5 minute walk to the train station. The staff is great and the breakfast every morning is a full breakfast, which was a great way to start the day! The only thing that may turn people off of this hotel is being on a main street rather than a smaller, less busy side street, but it didn't bother us at all. There is a 24 hour desk attendant, making it a very safe spot!…

    The hotel Rapallo was excellent, the attention to detail of the whole staff team was simply amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Everyone was polite and courteous. Breakfast was fabulous with an incredible selection of hot food, cold meat and cheese, and lots of fresh fruit, cakes, hot toast made fresh, etc. etc, add to this the nibbles and drinks on an evening it's really great. I had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday while in Florence and the staff even provided a free bottle of wine and a message of congratulations. a great hotel in a central location in wonderful Florence and excellent value - we'd happily recommend to anyone considering staying here.…
