Great stay with a very convenient location! The hotel is very close to all the major attractions, shopping areas, and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Overall, a wonderful experience and a place I would happily stay at again.
The stay there was fantastic! The staff did an amazing job assisting us with what ever we needed and was very kind from the front desk staff to the bus boys. If ever in Florence again I would most definitely staff at Hotel Number Nine.
We had an exceptional experience. The bed was perfect, the breakfast excellent, and the staff very helpful and professional. There are a number of amenities and my husband was very happy to discover a cigar room among them.
This property was absolutely lovely & chic. It was so convenient to all the highlights. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was engaging at any time of the day. I will definitely recommend and rebook when I get to return!
We loved our stay at this hotel! The staff were so kind and helpful. The property is quite large and has many sitting areas and places to relax during a long day in Firenze. Gaia was very helpful and Nadeem was so kind to us. He kept on checking on us anytime he saw us and made sure we were doing ok. The location is fantastic. We visit Firenze every year and will definitely stay here again!
The room was lovely and spacious. The spa treatments we booked were great. The breakfast had lots of variety and was tasty. We tried to use the spa amenities, specifically the whirl pool and it was lukewarm. Originally, we thought that was just the temperature it was supposed to be, but another couple came down and after feeling it told us it was hot the day before.
Our stay was great... the staff were extremely helpful without being intrusive
Breakfast well serviced with plenty of choice
All round great stay and would recommend
Loved my room, loved the location, loved staff. The breakfast had many options and the proportions are generous without being obscene. There is a nice bar on the weekends, a small gym and a spa I didn't get take advantage of and a nice calm vibe to counteract the hysteria of Florence.
