Wonderful hotel, great location. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff very attentive and helpful. The pool and rooftop view are the star attraction! We were also upgraded to a jr. suite which was very kind of the staff. A more expensive hotel but well worth it.

As I said to the desk agent when we checked out, it’s not a four star hotel but a five star. Perfect location in the piazza, a short walk from the train station. Minutes away from the Duomo, the Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi and all of the shopping anyone needs. This was our third trip to Florence and we’ll stay there again on our fourth trip.

We stayed in the Romance Suite, it was VERY spacious, two bathrooms, comfortable bed, sitting area, and a balcony - though not wide enough to sit, it was long enough to walk. Rooftop pool with lots of space to lounge and get a drink at the rooftop bar. Very classy and high quality throughout. Good location, quiet. Amazing staff.
